Day 1: Transfer from Tbilisi airport to your hotel. Overnight in hotel. City tour of the capital of Georgia. Concert of folk dance and songs of Georgia. Supper at restaurant. Day 2: Breakfast. Departure to the East Georgia region called Khakheti, motherland of the Georgian wine. After the lunch and a rest time, there will be the first lesson to learn how to prepare the famous “Churchkhela” (walnuts in honey and grape juice). For dinner, we will try the marvellous dishes of East Georgia. In the afternoon, excursion to taste the Khakhetian wine. Overnight in Hotel. Day 3: Breakfast, excursion, lunch. Return to Tbilisi. In the afternoon, excursion to the National historical museum of Georgia. Supper. In the evening, Jazz club. Day 4: Breakfast and excursion to Mtskheta (ancient capital of Georgia). Departure to Western Georgia to the city of Kutaisi (region of Imereti). Lunch time. Arrival in Kutaisi. Second lesson to learn how to prepare the “Khachapuri”. Excursion on the traces of dinosaurs. After the supper, visit of a wine and cognac factory. This include a taste of those 2 great beverages. Day 5: Breakfast and excursion. Departure in Tbilisi. Lunch and excursion in Uplitsikhe. Tour of the house-museum of Stalin. Arrival in Tbilisi and visit of workshop of the artist. Day 6: Breakfast and departure in the mountain region of Georgia—Kazbegi and Gudauri. Cooking lessons to prepare the “Khinkali”. After the dinner, a walk on the gorge. In the afternoon, preparation of Choban-Kaurma. Great suuper is waiting you. Day 7: After a nice breakfast, we will return to Tbilisi. After the dinner we will let you rest a little bit where you will be able to enjoy walking in the Georgian capital. Today will be the time to spend the day as you wish. Evening across the nightlife of Tbilisi casino, bars or nights clubs. Day 8: After the breakfast, walk across Tbilisi Visit of musician in the Georgian capital. Day 9: After the breakfast, departure for the cave city of Vardzia. This monastery is in the south part of Georgia and was founded in 1185. In the evning, return to Tbilisi. Day 10: Breakfast. Visit of the oriental sulphuric Baths +Oriental sweets of Georgia. Visit of the National Museum of Arts of Georgia. Farewell banquet on the raft on the river Mtkvari and a great concert. Transfer to the airport of Tbilisi for your departure.

Supper in Batumi. Day 5 Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to Gonio fortress and Batumi synagogue. Dining in Batumi. Visiting Batumi boulevard. Departure to Tbilisi. Supper in Chumateleti. Day 6, Saturday Breakfast at the hotel. Visiting Tbilisi synagogue. leisure time. Dining outdoors. Supper at the hotel. Day 7, Sunday Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to Tbilisi Narikala fortress. Visiting Tbilisis museum. Funikuliori mount. Dining outdoors. Visiting Jewish Hosue. Excursion to Tbilisi sea - monumental complex ''History of Georgia'' (by Zurab Tsereteli). Leisure time. Supper. Day 8, Monday Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to the Basaleti Lake. Dining in Dusheti. Departure to the airport.
